Clinalliance: a global approach to post-acute care
Clinalliance is a healthcare group specialized in post-acute care in the Paris Region.
Clinalliance is a healthcare group specialized in post-acute care. They develop a wide range of activities in the field of rehabilitation, from inpatient care to hospital at home services.
The Clinalliance hospital in Villiers-sur Orge is authorized to offer post-acute care and rehabilitation (SSR) for inpatients and outpatients. The facility has 18 technical rehabilitation centers, including 2 balneotherapy and whole-body cryotherapy.
Inpatient care: The hospital offers care in the following specialties:
o musculoskeletal system conditions;
o cardiovascular diseases;
o disorders of the nervous system;
o conditions of the elderly who are polypathological, dependent or at risk of dependence.
Outpatient care: Clinalliance offers ambulatory care since 2004. The Hospital is now authorized to exercise the activity of SSR in day hospitalization for the following specialties:
o musculoskeletal system conditions;
o disorders of the nervous system;
o cardiovascular diseases;
o conditions of the elderly who are polypathological, dependent or at risk of dependence;
o affections of the digestive, metabolic and endocrine system (activity soon to be implemented).
The locomotor rehabilitation unit offers excellent treatment for injured athletes thanks to a dedicated technical platform and specialized professionals. A sports center in which liberal specialists work is also open to the city (sports doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.).

In addition to inpatient services, the professionals at Clinalliance Villiers-sur-Orge export their know-how outside the hospital.
Since 2015, the Villiers Clinic operates a mobile rehabilitation team responsible for sharing its expertise with other health and social care services outside the hospital. In 2018, Clinalliance decided to start supporting patients as close as possible to their house. They started an activity of Hospital At Home (HAD) and offer rehabilitation care in partnership with an acute HAD organization.
In order to bring its expertise to the outside, TeleHeatlh services are provided by Clinalliance to nursing homes' residents. The consultations are centered around geriatrics and wounds care.
This "outside the walls" expertise of post-acute care allows the teams of the Clinic to respond to the healthcare needs of their local population and partners. Clinalliance thus contributes to the relevance and fluidity of the patient journey so that they are taken care of "at the right time and in the right place".
